Refund & Exchange Policy

By placing an order on Getninaskin.com, you agree to the following Refund & Exchange Policy.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return, exchange, or refund.

After this period, we are unable to process any request.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused
  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • unaltered
  • clean
  • in original condition with all accessories

Non-Returnable Items (Important)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged if opened:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Earrings
  • Cosmetic products

Customizable items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in case of defect.


Return Process

To initiate a return, contact:

Include:

  • Full name
  • Order details / proof of purchase
  • Reason for return
  • Total amount paid

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method
  • Returns are made at your own risk

⚠️ Returns are shipped to an international warehouse (outside the EU)

We strongly recommend:

  • declaring the value
  • insuring the package

If your return is marked as delivered but not received:

  • you must open a claim with your carrier
  • we require official confirmation to process your return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit card: 10–15 business days
  • PayPal: Immediate

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you received:

  • the wrong item (size, color, model)
  • a defective item

We will send a replacement within 7 business days after validation.

Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective (torn, stained, broken, etc.):

  • You must report it within 30 days of delivery
  • After this period, no refund or exchange will be granted

Once confirmed, a replacement item will be sent.


Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order:


Out of Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase:

  • You will receive a full refund for that item

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift:

  • You will receive a gift credit

If not:

  • Refunds are issued to the original purchaser

Important Notes

  • Returns sent after 30 days will not be accepted
  • Items not meeting return conditions may receive:
    • partial refund
    • or no refund
