At Getninaskin.com, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours, depending on product availability.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays
  • Additional delays may occur during peak periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, summer season, etc.)

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times displayed at checkout are provided in business days.

Unless exceptional circumstances occur, orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days after shipment.

Customizable items require additional production time and may be delivered within up to 30 business days.

⚠️ Once a customizable item enters production, the order cannot be canceled.


Delivery Conditions

  • Someone must be available between 8 AM and 5 PM to receive the package
  • If unavailable, the package may be delivered to:
    • a mailbox
    • a concierge
    • or a pickup point

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • carrier practices
  • delivery location
  • shipping method
  • item availability

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.


Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Packages

If:

  • incorrect shipping information is provided
  • or the package is not collected in time

and the package is returned to us, we will reship the order at no additional cost until successful delivery.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

Failure to do so may prevent us from processing a claim.


Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  1. Contact us at support@ninaperfectskin.com
  2. We will open an investigation with the carrier

If the carrier cannot confirm delivery:

  • We will reship your order OR
  • Issue a full refund, according to your preference
